107: Time on Your Side — Play With Time Using Your Imagination For Well-Being, Healing, and Rest: An Embodied Experiental
Ever wish you could sleep for days, weeks, or years even? That you’re so tired that you need a century to feel replenished? Or that the sadness or uncomfortable feeling you’re experiencing might last “forever?” Or that you need more time to do something that you love or would be satisfying or necessary to your well being?
Using only a few mins you can feel that you have infinity — or all the time that you need when you feel that you need more. Play with this little trick using imagination and sensing to satisfy the body — to feel as if you had all the time you needed, even forever, or that time could go by so that your emotions would feel easier to navigate. #TimeTravel
