Your stomach is the holder of all information, and when backed up by too much or undigested experiences, emotions, thoughts, and senses, it can become overwhelmed, bloated, anxious or dis-eased.
Have a conversation with your gut so that it can receive all the wisdom and nourishment of any experience and physical food. Build a loving relationship so that you are in harmony and working together, metabolizing life with ease, and moving in alignment with your optimal self.
