82a: Orienting the Body : Healing Experiential to Support Deepening in Here and Now

The most basic thing of sensing and looking around in your surroundings supports you in deepening in your human experience like animals do when they arrive in space. Your nervous system has the chance to realize that it is safe now and enjoy what is pleasant. Take ten minutes to deepen yourself into the here and now with orienting, a Somatic Experiencing practice.
