132: Restore Ways of Being: Carve Out New Territory + Energy

The Body reflects any habitual patterns in your life — shake up the body’s movement and gestures to create something new in your life! The body needs to integrate the new territory and energy to full inhabit what’s unfamiliar.

Whether it is more abundance, the ability to receive love, a shift towards a new way of being, etc… this can support that in an embodied way. What’s the opposite movement of the gesture that comes with your typical story, your problem, or what you always experience?

This process supports you to develop a pathway between what you are used to and the new road where the body starts to know it organically, fluidly, and flexibly.
