“Love brings us as close to Source as we can be.” ~ Richard Moss

Richard guides us in a beautiful meditation that reminds us that “There is only now — the body is always in the now” and that “breathing is like a friend that has never abandoned you your whole life.” Bring a new frame for understanding and touch the moment with a quality of awareness that moves you into purposeless from the point of view of the ego, as Richard describes.

“Love brings us as close to Source as we can be.” ~ Richard Moss

Richard Moss has dedicated his life to loving Love with a Capital L. In this episode, receive the invitation to connect with the wildness of the soul, the part of you that wants to dance with love and “die into love.” Richard shares about experiencing life challenges as the deeper opportunity of our lives to love, the way towards intimacy, and planting a tree in fear.

In this episode: Relationship as a way to accelerate loving Love, Why is this called the Embody Podcast? Embodiment as a beginning-less and endless journey, being obedient to nature, and thinner skin and more sensitivity in aging. Richard looks truth and present happenings in the face — he vulnerably shares how his financial challenge is accelerating his deepening, the reality that there are no guarantees of identity or security in life even if we borrow it from the past or future, that democracy is only as good as the people in it and being seduced, and the root of our hurting the planet, recycling, and social issues. Richard says, “we don’t leave behind patriarchy without a profound change of identity” and “If you love love what else is there to do?”

In 1977 Richard Moss was a practicing physician when he experienced a spontaneous state of illumination that irreversibly changed his life and profoundly transformed his understanding of human consciousness and behavior. With this opening came a new level of sensibility including a heightened intuition, subtle insight into mystical and spiritual teachings, and the ability to sense human body-energy fields.

Impelled by this opening and its intensity which required virtually continuous self-examination, he took a sabbatical from his medical practice and began a period of withdrawal from his usual activities for nearly a year. During this time he spontaneously meditated for hours each day and read extensively in the spiritual and psychoanalytic literature, as well as poetry, and mythology. Above all, he made a careful observation of the new quality of energy moving in his body, and how his thoughts instantly generated emotions and sensations.

“He who loves, loves love,

and loving love forms a circle so complete,

there is no end to love."

Saint Bernard, quoted by Richard Moss in the February 2017 seminar in Hameaux de l’Etoile, France

From this introspective period grew his understanding that the root cause of most unnecessary human suffering and conflict comes from two basic forms of ignorance: Unquestioned identification with thinking, especially our judgments and beliefs, and secondly, the general inability in most people to engage threatening feeling in an aware, vulnerable, and creative way.

Richard’s work is about catalyzing you to live as fully and creatively as you were born to live. His goal is that you don’t just follow his or anyone’s work, but that you learn to become your own teacher.

Following this podcast, there will be a meditation provided by Richard, it’s called “83a: Touch this Moment with Richard Moss” and can be found on the link below.

Your body wants you to listen and understand so that you know yourself more deeply, while it communicates multilingually. Be present witness to one part of the body that is calling you: a tension, pain, illness, organ, or emotion, etc. Learn to honor and converse with this part of the body to support your movement towards healing.

The most basic thing of sensing and looking around in your surroundings supports you in deepening in your human experience like animals do when they arrive in space. Your nervous system has the chance to realize that it is safe now and enjoy what is pleasant. Take ten minutes to deepen yourself into the here and now with orienting, a Somatic Experiencing practice.

Your body wants to ally with you! It is a brilliant, intelligent, adaptable vessel and wants to bring you towards peace, pleasure, aliveness, and who you deeply are. But what about all the aches and pains? In this episode: stomach issues, falling into a hole and twisting my ankle, emotions and elbow pain — stories of how I’ve had conversations with my body and the colorful and dimensional ways in which the body communicates what it wants you to resolve. Where the body reveals the heart of the soul, our most tender desires, ancestral pain, belief sets, and stores experiences that are incomplete.

What would your body say if it could talk? The body doesn’t lie and is the opening to more. Tune in for a conversation about the multidimensional multilingual body calling you to listen to and reveal who you deeply are.

Plus three experiential this week that support you in orienting and a deep presence in the here and now, claiming all the parts of your body as yours with gratitude and witness, and working with and bringing healing to one part of the body, learning to be with and translate its multi-lingual conversation.

I have an upcoming Constellations Healing Workshops in Chicago.

Whether related to abundance, money, love, dis-ease/health, relationships, career, etc., our struggles connect with our early unconscious and unspoken ways of belonging and flow of love. This connection with our lineage is carried through our bodies: the cells, viscera, the heart, energy, dis-ease, our fluidity, and freedom. Where those before us didn’t get to integrate a loss or trauma or where there was an imbalance in relationship, the flow of love is disrupted as a placeholder for where there is energy, love, and strength waiting to open and flow forward towards us.

In Family + Systemic Constellations, we constellate and acknowledge the dynamics in the undercurrent of the systems you are part of whether known or unknown. We reveal the essential movements towards healing with others in the group as representative of the parts of your family or systems (community, workplace, parts of self, past life, etc.). We restore the flow of love giving more natural space, ease, and freedom to move in the world with fuller embodiment, authenticity, and truth.

Joffre shows us self-love with sass, swagger, and a big laugh. In this podcast episode: how leaning into the dark night of the soul can bring a new lens on reality, finishing up the Matrix of Love, Joffre’s story of how she had done everything to have a good life and rock bottom at age 29, and shifting from mental masturbation and the mind doing double lifting to heart healing.

Joffre discusses beginning again, healing before it hits you in the face, using positive vs negative imagination, and emotions as a navigational system. There is already a part of you that knows it is one with the divine and we leave clues for ourselves. She talks about how challenging people and situations around cancer brought her to more self-love. And when you don’t take up the practice of loving all the parts of you, the orphaned parts may shout to wake you up!

Joffre is a Spiritual/Personal Growth Author, Motivational Speaker, and Common Sense Advocate who was compelled to write her first book, HOW LEARNING TO SAY GOODBYE TAUGHT ME HOW TO LIVE/2015, on spiritual growth because of the profound experiences of seeing her best friend battle breast cancer. Joffre began her career as a theatre actress and producer, having spent most of her adult life in New York City, where she acted and produced several Off-Broadway productions.

An avid student of spiritual literature and techniques since the early 1980s, Joffre taught herself filmmaking and formed Sweet Moon Pictures Production Company back in the 1990s. She wrote, produced, and directed two independent films with spiritual themes or overtones: Out of the Blue (1995) and Best Wishes (2002; winner of the “Spirit of the West Award”). Before moving back to Texas to care for her dying mother, she worked as a senior producer and director for a media broadcast Production Company in New York City for over fifteen years. Her newest book, THE HEART OF THE MATTER (A Workbook and Guide to Finding Your Way Back to Self-love) 2017, was born out of the work she did within to heal her wounds and beliefs of the past and move successfully and fully into self-love. Joffre’s passion — now through her book, talks, and videos — is to help everyone wake up, take the journey of self-discovery, and empower themselves through self-love.

It’s quite the human task to be congruent and aligned with ourselves — to feel that who we are on the inside is expressed and reflected on the outside. Then there is all of what is within. Do you sacrifice, sell off, hide, or ignore parts of yourself? What does congruence feel like to you in your body? In this episode, how the Hong Kong Protests challenged me personally to stand up for all the parts of me, not just some, but to have compassion meanwhile. Also, the price we pay when we have codependency or where we are split in our choices, how to feel aligned in your body and congruent outwardly, living from the heart and looking deeper at social issues.

Join me for the Restore the Flow of Love Family Constellations Workshop in Chicago — July 21, 2019
